The Husky Center Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # HT32217 if under adjusted will need to have the spring bar brackets lifted. I've attached the installation instructions that include the diagrams as well as the following steps:

Drilling out the rivet nuts # RP58507 could actually cause the holes they are in to enlarge which would allow them to come out of their respective holes easier. If that does happen then the only solution would be to use a bolt and nut and run the bolt all the way through the trailer frame.
Another option is to use some blue Loctite # LT37643 which will prevent the bolts from backing out and still allow you to remove the bolts using hand tools should the need arise. view full answer...
I would first double check to make sure that everything is installed properly. The hitch ball that comes with the Trailer Valet XL # TVXL2 has a base that you spin to lock your unit to the coupler so that it sits straight. If you have an older version it probably didn't come with the coupling plate, but newer versions all come with the coupling plate to help make sure the dolly is flush.
Once you have adjusted the spinning base as much as you can by hand, use the included tool to tighten... view full answer...
I am sorry to hear about your dad's bearings!
From the sounds of the issue, given that you have the correct bearing size, there may be a couple factors with your bearings. First off, even with a bearing press like the # PTW1218, it is still entirely possible that all of bearing cylinders di not receive grease. This sometimes can happen if you do not turn the bearings so that every component is adequately covered. I recommend greasing the bearings by hand to prevent this issue.

For the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2560, the fitting needs to be threaded into the hex nut securely so that the orange thread sealant is engaged. If you cannot get your hand in the space to tighten the fitting, we recommend using a pair of pliers to tighten the fitting down.
It is possible that when the first fitting was destroyed, the 3/4"-16 Hex Nut was also destroyed. If the hex nut was damaged that could be causing the leaking you are still experiencing. view full answer...
Are you using both the flat washer and the lock washer with the hitch bolt on the Kuat Transfer TS03G? The lock washer would prevent the bolt from backing out. That is unless the threads on either the bolt or the nut in the rack shank are damaged. Also, make sure you are inserting the bolt from the right (passenger's) side. If you put it in the other way there won't be enough threads to thread into the nut. I have not heard of this problem on the Kuat Transfer.
You could use BLUE Loctite... view full answer...
Good News! Since this is only an issue when the landing gear is under a load I believe it is simply the gear ox that needs replaced. IF you do have a Stromberg Carlson landing gear set the Replacement Aluminum Gearbox for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear part # LG-179015 will be what you are after. I've included the video I did on the replacement below for you to check out. It is not difficult job to complete with just some basic hand tools.

Most likely it's either out of adjustment or has a bad magnet and that is why it's not working.
Use a brake adjustment tool to turn the starwheel on the adjuster to expand the brake shoes until the wheel is very difficult to turn by hand. Then back off the starwheel in the other direction, about 10 clicks until the brakes drag slightly. Make sure all brake assemblies are adjusted in the same manner.
Check out the video (see link). Beginning at the 4:23 mark, our installer shows how to... view full answer...
Sounds like the one brake assembly is out of adjustment.

I spoke to my contact at Rock Tamer and she said when installing the arms on the Rock Tamer mud flaps it is necessary to use a torque wrench to get the bolts to the correct tightness.
Many auto parts stores lend out tools so you will not have to buy one in most cases. It is recommended the bolts be torqued to 125 foot pounds, so you should use a torque wrench that has a rating that encompasses that 125 pounds. A hand wrench will not be enough. view full answer...
I do not think it is the lockout solenoid causing the problem on your model 6 actuator but if it is closing for some reason when braking and moving forward (and then not opening again) that would explain why the brakes won't release. It should have 1 power wire and 1 ground wire. If the ground wire is missing then that could also explain it because it could be a case of the solenoid working intermittently because of that ground.
Here is a test you can do with the actuator: With the trailer... view full answer...
It is not unusual for the hubs to be a little stiff at first. You will also want to make sure the wheels and bearings are well greased. I have included a link to a video that shows how to pack bearings with grease by hand. We also have a tool that can be used, # L70025, that you can use with a grease gun, # L30100, to limit the mess. I have also linked a grease compatibility chart for future reference. view full answer...
That is going to be a tricky one of the bolts on your Yakima Landing Pad 15 # Y00241 is rusted in place. We generally will use BP blaster on rusted bolts and it has proven to be pretty effective. If that does not do the trick you could try using a left handed drill bit of screw extractor tool like the # PT92CV. This kit includes 5 reverse drill bits and 5 screw extractors which will allow you to remove most screw sizes. view full answer...
There are a few things I recommend checking on your new trailer brake assemblies that may be leading to the poor voltage and performance you are experiencing.
First, check to make sure the ground wires are securely attached to bare metal portions of the trailer frame. Ensure that these areas are free of corrosion or debris. A bad or weak ground can cause the insufficient braking power you are seeing.
Next, I recommend adjusting the brake assemblies again. You can use a brake adjustment... view full answer...
Based on your troubleshooting efforts so far I suggest that you test the trailer brakes without using a vehicle and brake controller; you can test the trailer brakes directly by applying +12V power and ground to the appropriate contacts on the trailer plug. Please refer to the linked photo. A set of jumper cables and 10-gauge wire like # 10-1-1 or # 10-2-1 make it simple enough to "hot wire" the brake circuit with the full power from your vehicle battery or a well-charged spare.

Have you checked the adjustment of the brake assemblies. They need to be properly adjusted in order for them to apply properly. Basically you want to tighten them to the point there is a light drag as you turn the wheel by hand.
On electric drum brakes there is a star wheel at the bottoms of the assemblies that you can turn using a flat head screw driver or brake adjusting tool # W80630. Turning the wheel one way will bring the shoes closer in and turning it the other way pushes the shoes... view full answer...
I have a couple of things that you can do to troubleshoot the lugs coming loose on your Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20789.
You can start off by making sure that all of the studs on your hub are not loose. Sometimes over time they might start to loosen up,
You will also want to make sure that you have the correct cone angle on your lugs. For the Dexstar wheel you will need to make sure that you are using a 60 degree cone. If you are using lugs with a 90 degree cone or that... view full answer...
If your 2015 Heartland Road Warrior 5th wheel is sitting too low to allow you to couple it to your 5th wheel hitch you can try operating your landing gear manually with the hand crank tool that should have been supplied. Even if the powered landing gear is not working manual operation should still be possible since all powered jacks and landing gear include this feature for cases where electrical power is lost. Look for a plastic cap on the top of the jack's gearbox housing, as shown in... view full answer...
If you tested the brake output wires as close as possible to the magnets on the axle in question, using a circuit tester like # PTW2993, and they are getting voltage, then it's likely not a wiring issue. I also recommend testing the magnets themselves to make sure they are in good condition. I have attached a great article that explains exactly how to do this.
The brake assemblies on this axle might simply be out of adjustment. To adjust the trailer brakes, use a brake adjustment tool... view full answer...
It sounds like you may just need to adjust the tension on the brakes on the front axle.
A tool like Brake Spoon # W80630, shown in the linked video, or a flat blade screwdriver can be used to rotate the star wheel adjuster which is under the magnet. The brake shown in the video is hydraulic but the adjustment star wheel and the process are the same for electric drum brakes.
If the brakes are not all identical and installed at the same time this different braking force is not surprising.... view full answer...
